Corporate Paralegal

As a Paralegal within our Legal and Compliance function, you will play a crucial role in Topsource Worldwide Group, a leading provider of EOR and Global Expansion services worldwide. Your responsibilities will include researching the EOR licensing regulatory landscape, analyzing requirements and legislation, and liaising with local legal experts globally to support the implementation of necessary EOR licensing obligations. Your main duties will involve researching and comprehending EOR licensing regulations, evaluating requirements related to EOR services, collaborating with legal professionals across various regions, and aiding in the fulfillment of EOR Licensing prerequisites. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating the prompt issuance of Work Permits (WP) for clients, either directly or through partnerships with in-country entities, and managing other related tasks specific to the TSW group. To excel in this role, you should possess a Law degree, have prior experience in legal research and EOR services, and demonstrate proficiency in coordinating Work Permits. You must be capable of working semi-autonomously under the guidance of the Licensing & WP team leader, adapting to a dynamic and time-sensitive client-oriented environment. Being highly organized, a quick learner, and able to deliver promptly are essential qualities, considering the fast-paced nature of our industry and the evolving market landscape.
