Job Description

As a Senior Manager within the Global Alliance and Procurement team at Cognizant, your role will involve overseeing contract review and negotiation with vendors to safeguard the company's interests and provide legal advice on commercial risks. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with various business units to create contractual frameworks supporting Cognizant's business - Drafting, vetting, and negotiating various global contracts, including Software License agreements, Alliance/Teaming agreements, and Non-Disclosure agreements - Analyzing legal implications and advising internal stakeholders on mitigations - Coordinating with internal stakeholders to incorporate domain-specific provisions in contracts - Collaborating within the legal team to enhance efficiency and value - Managing and mentoring team members for high-quality service delivery - Identifying innovative ideas for process improvement and efficiency - Providing advance warning to senior management on risks - Leading training programs and mentorship initiatives Qualifications Required: - Law Degree from a leading university and/or law school Join Cognizant to leverage your legal expertise and contribute to the success of the company's global operations.,
