Job Description

Company Overview:

We are a growing B2B gifting and trade marketing solutions company, offering a curated range of physical and digital gifting products to corporates across India. Our offerings are used for employee rewards, trade schemes, festive gifting, and sales incentives.

Role Objective:

We are looking for a network-driven corporate sales consultant who can leverage their connects with procurement, HR, admin, and marketing teams within large and mid-sized corporates to generate consistent gifting orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and pitch to decision-makers in procurement, HR, admin, or sales/marketing teams in corporates
  • Close gifting orders across occasions: festivals, employee rewards, client gifting, and trade programs
  • Pitch both physical goods (customized, branded) and digital gift cards or redemption catalogs
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline of potential buyers in Mumbai and Gurgaon
  • Act as a bridge between the client and internal ops/design teams to deliver a seamless experience
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat orders

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in gifting, merchandising, rewards, or marketing services
  • Must have existing connects in corporate procurement or HR/admin functions
  • Proven ability to close orders independently and manage client relationships
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (any additional regional language is a bonus)
  • Strong understanding of corporate gifting cycles and buying behavior

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Experience with companies like FernsnPetals, Printvenue, OffiNeeds, BigCity, Sodexo, Amazon Business, Zokudo, or any loyalty/rewards program vendor
  • Prior exposure o corporate procurement teams, gifting vendors, marketing agencies, or trade marketers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
