Corporate Gifting Designer

As a Corporate Gifting Designer at Prakritik Lifestyles, a Pune-based company dedicated to integrating Ayurveda into everyday life, your role will involve conceptualizing and designing innovative, high-quality corporate gift solutions that align with the brand's ethos and client needs. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to translate corporate gifting requirements into compelling designs. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and sourcing premium, eco-friendly, and Ayurveda-aligned materials for gifting solutions, staying updated on corporate gifting trends, sustainable packaging, and innovative product design ideas, partnering with artisans, manufacturers, and suppliers for seamless execution and timely delivery of gifts, and presenting gift designs to clients, showcasing their alignment with Ayurveda, wellness, and sustainable living. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize & Design innovative, high-quality corporate gift solutions - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to translate gifting requirements into compelling designs - Identify and source premium, eco-friendly, and Ayurveda-aligned materials - Stay updated on corporate gifting trends, sustainable packaging, and innovative design ideas - Partner with artisans, manufacturers, and suppliers for seamless execution and timely delivery - Present gift designs to clients, showcasing alignment with Ayurveda, wellness, and sustainability Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate gift design, product design, or related field - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools - Strong creative and aesthetic sense for designing unique, meaningful, and functional gifts - Experience in working with various materials, textures, and finishes - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of sustainable and Ayurveda-inspired materials is a plus If you are passionate about designing thoughtful, wellness-inspired corporate gifts that leave a lasting impact and have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Product Design, or a related field, with additional certifications in graphic design, product development, or packaging design being advantageous, we would love to hear from you.
