Corporate Finance Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial analysis, accounting, reporting, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly analytical, and interested in building a career in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets.
• Support daily accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Conduct financial and business performance analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in tracking key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Help with audits, compliance documentation, and internal controls.
• Monitor cash flow, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Research market trends, competitor data, and investment opportunities.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the finance team.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and performance tracking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (knowledge of financial dashboards, ERP, or BI tools is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
