Role Overview Support corporate event operations and coordination. Ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience from inquiry to delivery. Key Responsibilities Handle corporate event inquiries and bookings Prepare quotations, contracts, and event coordination documents Coordinate with clients on menu selections, setup requirements, and special requests Liaise with kitchen, operations, and logistics teams for event preparation Be present at event locations for setup supervision and on-ground execution Manage invoicing, payment collection, and client follow-ups Maintain event records and client database Requirements 1-3 years in F&B operations, events, or hospitality Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Good communication and client service skills Able to handle multiple events simultaneously Comfortable working outdoors at event venues 6 days working week Flexible with working hours including evenings/weekends when events require
