Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele-Caller to join our collections team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers on their due date payments on telecom accounts. The primary objective will be to negotiate payment arrangements and facilitate timely collections while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Requirements: Proven experience in tele-calling, preferably in banking, financial services, or telecommunications collections Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional demeanour. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and overcome objections. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software. looking for Southern Languages + English Speaking candidates
