Corporate Banking - Financial Institutions (FI) Senior Relationship Manager - Vice President

As a Senior Relationship Manager at our company, your role involves assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will work closely with the Institutional Banking team to act as a strategic advisor to clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital. **Responsibilities:** - Expand a portfolio of accounts with varying/complex financial needs to achieve revenue growth and maintain good credit quality - Identify customer needs and recommend solutions such as financing, cash management streamlining, and foreign currency solutions - Cross-sell banking products including cash management, trade finance, trade services, and capital market products - Manage all credit aspects of the relationship including annual reviews and early problem recognition - Assess risk appropriately in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and comply with laws and regulations **Qualifications:** - 6-10 years of experience in the financial industry - Strong knowledge of credit analytics, financial modeling, risk assessment, and valuation **Education:** - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience required - Master's degree preferred This job description provides an overview of the main responsibilities and qualifications.
