-Identify and convert new business opportunities from assigned bank branches.
-Maintain strong professional relationships with bank branch staff, and senior bank officials.
-Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Underwriting, Claims, etc.) to ensure timely policy issuance and servicing.
-Monitor persistency ratios and ensure high renewal retention.
-Maintain ethical sales practices and transparent communication with customers.
-Keep accurate records of sales activities, MIS, and branch performance.
