Position Overview

Corporate Advocates / Legal Associates

transactional, regulatory, and advisory work

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing 

  transactional documents

   including:
• Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Investment Agreements
• Term Sheets, MoUs, NDAs, Employment and Service Agreements
• Loan, ICD, and Security Documentation
• Assisting in 

  AIF formation and regulatory filings

   under SEBI Regulations.
• Handling 

  FEMA, RBI, and NBFC compliances

   including capital structuring and foreign investment documentation.
• Supporting 

  corporate restructuring, mergers, and due diligence

  .
• Conducting 

  legal research

   and preparing 

  opinions, compliance notes, and board presentations

  .
• Coordinating with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities for submissions and clarifications.
• Exposure to 

  dispute management and arbitration support

   in corporate, civil, and financial matters.

Eligibility & Skills

• LL.B / LL.M

   from a recognized institution.

• 2-3 years of experience

   (freshers with strong drafting skills encouraged).
• Excellent command over 

  corporate law, contract drafting, and regulatory frameworks (SEBI, FEMA, RBI, MCA)

  .
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with professionalism and attention to detail.
