Corporate Access - Institutional Equities

About the Corporate Access Vertical:

The Corporate Access team plays a vital role in facilitating direct engagement between institutional investors and senior management of listed companies. This is achieved through curated conferences, non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows, expert calls, and bespoke investor interactions. The objective is to create value-added opportunities for investors to gain deeper insights into companies, sectors, and market dynamics through meaningful dialogues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investor-Corporate Engagements:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate meetings, conference calls, site visits, and non-deal roadshows between institutional investors and top company management or government officials.

• Event Planning & Execution:

• Design and manage end-to-end execution of investor conferences, reverse roadshows, sectoral tours, and expert speaker sessions including logistics, communication, and content development.

• Client Interaction & Coordination:

• Liaise with Investor Relations (IR) teams, C-level executives, and government stakeholders to schedule and organize meetings that align with investor interests.

• Internal Collaboration:

• Work closely with Equity Research Analysts, Sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to identify suitable companies and investment themes for client engagement.

• Communications:

• Draft professional invitations, schedules, and event briefs for internal and external stakeholders.

• Process Development:

• Identify and implement systems, tools, and processes to ensure scalable and consistent delivery of high-quality corporate access services.

Preferred Profile:

• Graduate or Post-graduate with Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate access, equity research, or capital markets preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
