Core Salesforce Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with domain expertise in either Financial Services / Communications / Energy & Utilities to lead the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, integration patterns, and domain-specific compliance standards, with a strong focus on scalable, secure, and high-performance systems optimized for industry-specific workflows and data handling.

Locations: Pune / Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and blueprint enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, leveraging advanced platform features such as Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flow, and declarative tools, ensuring system scalability and security.
• Define and enforce integration strategies utilizing REST, SOAP, Streaming API, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft for robust data exchange across complex internal and external ecosystems.
• Design complex data models, polymorphic relationships, and multi-org data architectures aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 20022, SWIFT, HL7) and compliance requirements.
• Lead the development of customized components, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to DevOps best practices.
• Establish and promote architecture governance, including technical best practices for data security, GDPR, HIPAA, and industry-specific compliance protocols.
• Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Salesforce CLI, and Git repositories to automate deployment, testing, and version control.
• Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and performance profiling to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with Salesforce architectural standards.
• Develop complex data migration strategies utilizing Data Loader, Salesforce APIs, and ETL tools; facilitate data governance and integrity throughout migration processes.
• Maintain a continuous education loop on Salesforce releases, platform features, and emerging industry standards to recommend innovative solutions.
• Mentor teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration best practices, fostering a DevOps culture for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, including designing large-scale distributed systems within Financial Services, Communications, or Energy & Utilities.
• Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce platform APIs, advanced integration patterns, and enterprise data modelling.

Required Certifications / skills:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect (required)
• Salesforce Certified System Architect (required)
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certification (preferred)
• Strong understanding of domain-specific standards (ISO 20022, SWIFT, HL7, FISMA, etc.), security frameworks, and compliance protocols relevant to the target industry.
• Deep technical knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Flow, and Salesforce DevOps tools (SFDX, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gearset).
• Expertise in REST/SOAP API integration, middleware orchestration, and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in designing scalable data architectures, polymorphic object relationships, and multi-org data access layers.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Proven experience leading technical teams through complex implementations while ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
