Copywriting & Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing – D2C Brands)

Location: Kolkata

Are you someone who lives and breathes content hooks, scroll-stopping ads, and A/B testing everything? We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to build thumb-stopping ad ideas that drive performance for India’s leading D2C brands

What you’ll do:

• Develop creative ad strategies for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Translate brand goals into performance-driven content ideas
• Create clear creative briefs for design teams
• Analyze ad performance and iterate based on results
• Optimize campaigns for maximum impact, focusing on different campaign metrics
• Collaborate with media buyers, designers & other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Constantly hunt for trends, angles, and fresh campaign ideas
• Presenting creative strategies and performance insights to clients

What you need:

✔ 2–3 years of experience in a creative or strategy role (performance marketing preferred)

✔ Strong understanding of D2C marketing and consumer behavior

✔ Experience crafting briefs for ad creatives (static, video, UGC, reels)

✔ Solid copy and concepting skills — you know what makes people click

✔ Data-led mindset — you’re not afraid to dive into metrics

✔ Passion for D2C brands and digital storytelling

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
