Social Media & Content Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YT Shorts)
• Collaborate with designers/editors to publish Reels, carousels and stories
• Monitor trends, format shifts and audience insights to drive engagement and growth
• Own the tone and personality of CheQ’s digital presence
  

Copywriting Across Channels

• Write sharp and action-oriented copy across:Social media posts (Insta captions, X threads, LinkedIn posts)
• Scripts for Reels and creator collabs
• Push Notifications (PNs) and in-app copy

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Craft and run successful brand and product campaigns (e.g. Flipkart BBD, New launches etc)
• Build multi-format content plans for each campaign across social, CRM and creator channels
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with growth, product, and influencer teams
• Track performance, derive insights and document learnings for future campaigns

Influencer & UGC Campaign Support

• Write compelling briefs, scripts and captions that align with creator voice and CheQ’s brand tone
• Understand what content works on social (thumb-stopping, relatable, conversion-friendly, 3 second hook)
• Track and help iterate based on UGC/influencer performance
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with design, influencer, growth and product teams
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all user touchpoints
• Contribute to campaigns, product launches and influencer scripts
  

Analytics & Experimentation

• Track social KPIs engagement, shares, CTRs
• A/B test different hooks, formats and CTAs
• Share learnings and iterate on content formats

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content or brand marketing
• Excellent copywriting skills from quirky Insta captions to crisp CTAs
• Strong understanding of platform-native content (Reels, Caraousals etc.)
• Experience writing performance copy (PNs, WhatsApp, app banners) is a plus
