Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Job Title: Microsoft 365 Copilot SME

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy custom Copilot agents using M365 Copilotand Copilot Studio.

Integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365 apps(Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) and external APIsor knowledge sources.

Collaborate with conversation designers, business analysts, and IT teamsto translate requirements into Copilot workflows.

Extend Copilot functionality using Power Platform.

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and provide hands-on support to end users.

Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and optimize Copilot usage across departments.

Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and data privacystandards.

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365and enterprise IT environments.

Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and prompt engineering.

Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, Copilot extensibility, and plugin development.

Proficiency in Python scriptingand API integration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and support Copilot deployments in real-time.

Experience with security and compliance frameworksin Microsoft 365.

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting executive-level users.

Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Entra ID, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP).
