Job Overview:

YouTube Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Management

  • Plan, develop, and upload engaging educational videos related to MBA, Law entrance exams, and other competitive exams.
  • Coordinate with educators, designers, and video editors to deliver high-quality content.
  • Ensure all published content aligns with the companys brand voice and educational objectives.

2. Channel Optimization

  • Implement YouTube SEO best practices to boost visibility and ranking.
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics via YouTube Analytics and other tools.

3. Audience Engagement

  • Manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Organize live sessions, webinars, and Q&A events with subject matter experts to increase engagement.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align YouTube initiatives with broader marketing goals.
  • Drive cross-promotion of content across other social media and digital platforms.

5. Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare regular performance reports on channel growth, audience demographics, and engagement trends.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance content strategy and channel reach.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Graduation required; knowledge of MBA, Law entrance, or competitive exams preferred.
  • Experience:

    • 12 years of experience in YouTube channel management, content strategy, or digital media.
    • Proven experience in growing and managing YouTube channels is desirable.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and video publishing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity with the ability to conceptualize engaging content ideas.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools and graphic design software (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
