Coordinator

You will be responsible for planning and monitoring last mile deliveries, negotiating and securing transportation rates, and coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies. Additionally, you will be coordinating with electricians and teachers for proper ground work and ensuring warehouse, transportation, and customer services work together effectively. You will also track and fix shipping errors, prepare detailed logistics documentation and reports, and implement new projects and strategies to enhance logistical efficiency. It is essential to comply with all company, local, state, and federal transportation regulations. Moreover, you will coordinate the dispatch and delivery of goods with personal drivers or through third-party services.
