Coordinator - Sales

As a Sales & Marketing Associate at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel, your role involves promoting awareness of the brand image both internally and externally. You will utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while ensuring customer loyalty to Marriott. Your responsibilities will include recognizing opportunities to up-sell to customers, selling enhancements to enhance the Marriott experience, and encouraging guests to purchase preview package sales/tours. You will also be required to explain the details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners, verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours, and offer complimentary gifts to guests, such as rewards points or show tickets. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering guest inquiries about property facilities/services and accurately relaying messages.
