Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of assisting multiple teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative and office operations.
• Maintain documentation, records, and internal reports.
• Support internal teams with scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking.
• Assist in client communication and coordination as required.
• Ensure smooth execution of office activities and processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Graduation preferred (any discipline).
• Prior experience in coordination/administration is a plus.
