Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the daily activities .
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and records in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Handle order processing, quotations, invoices, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of transactions.
  • Track targets, performance metrics, and assist in forecasting.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide administrative support
  • Maintain and update customer databases, product information, and pricing lists.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
