Job Description :
1. Plan, implement, and review age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
2. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educators.
3. Assist in staff evaluation and performance management.
4. Oversee daily routines, hygiene standards, and age-appropriate discipline strategies.
5. Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and school events.
6. Maintain strong communication with parents through meetings, orientation sessions, and regular updates.
7. Support admissions processes and student onboarding.
Qualification Required : Graduation/Post Graduation, ECCED
