Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process

    PR, PO, GRN, SES & Invoices

    in

    SAP

    with 100% accuracy
  • Track material consumption & initiate

    timely call-out orders

  • Coordinate with

    PSCM

    , vendors & field teams for material readiness
  • Validate service entries, tax calculations, & invoice documentation
  • Resolve invoice-related issues and support internal/external audits
  • Maintain

    inventory records

    , shipment logs & ensure

    SAP data accuracy

  • Conduct

    inventory audits

    , prepare

    efficiency & stock reports

  • Liaise with

    transporters and suppliers

    for timely deliveries
  • Ensure adherence to

    HSE and company compliance standards

Key KPIs:

  • Timely & error-free SAP documentation
  • 100% on-time order execution & vendor coordination
  • Zero billing or material discrepancies
  • Accurate stock tracking & reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

4 years of SAP MM experience

Core Competencies:

  • Expertise in

    SAP MM

    , PR/PO/GRN/SES & invoice workflows
  • Proficient in

    MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Strong coordination, documentation & communication skills
  • Sound understanding of

    oilfield logistics and supply chain workflows
