Coordinator

As a School Coordinator at International Delhi Public School, Gorakhpur, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day academic and administrative functions to ensure smooth coordination between teachers, students, and parents while maintaining high academic and discipline standards. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between school management, teachers, parents, and students. - Monitor and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and academic progress. - Organize and oversee school activities, events, and examinations. - Ensure smooth implementation of school policies and CBSE guidelines. - Assist in admission processes, parent orientation, and student welfare programs. - Prepare academic schedules, timetables, and reports for management. - Handle parent queries and maintain effective communication. - Supervise student discipline and maintain a positive school culture. - Coordinate staff training and workshops for professional development. Requirements: - Graduation/Post Graduation with B.Ed./M.Ed. qualification (mandatory). - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (teaching + coordination preferred). - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently. - Proficiency in MS Office & digital tools.
