Position: School Coordinator

About the Role:

International Delhi Public School (IDPS) Gorakhpur is looking for a dynamic and dedicated School Coordinator to oversee day-to-day academic and administrative functions, ensure smooth coordination between teachers, students, and parents, and maintain high academic and discipline standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between school management, teachers, parents, and students.
• Monitor and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and academic progress.
• Organize and oversee school activities, events, and examinations.
• Ensure smooth implementation of school policies and CBSE guidelines.
• Assist in admission processes, parent orientation, and student welfare programs.
• Prepare academic schedules, timetables, and reports for management.
• Handle parent queries and maintain effective communication.
• Supervise student discipline and maintain a positive school culture.
• Coordinate staff training and workshops for professional development.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate with B.Ed./M.Ed. qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (teaching + coordination preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office & digital tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
