Job Description

Operational oversight

Assist managers in overseeing the day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.
Identify and resolve operational problems and inefficiencies in a timely and effective manner.
Help develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure that all activities comply with company standards, policies, and relevant regulations.

Project coordination

Support project management initiatives by tracking progress, managing tasks, and ensuring project delivery within budget and timelines.
Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.

Logistics and vendor management

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, which may include obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing, and managing contracts.
Manage and track inventory levels of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely orders and avoiding shortages.
Handle shipping, transportation, and supply chain logistics as needed.

Administrative and financial support

Perform various administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist with financial tasks, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documents and records.

Communication and reporting

Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments.
Deliver reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall operational efficiency.
Prepare and update training materials and documents to ensure consistency of operations.
