Coordinate Measuring Machine Programmer

As a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Programmer at Measurewel Group, you will play a crucial role in programming and operating coordinate measuring machines to conduct inspections, calibration, and quality control tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and calibrating gauges, measuring components, overseeing inspections, and guaranteeing that all measurements adhere to quality standards. Collaboration with the engineering team will be essential to devise and execute measurement strategies while streamlining processes to enhance efficiency. Your qualifications for this role should include proficiency in utilizing gauges for precise measurements, a background in Quality Control processes and standards, expertise in conducting accurate measurements, skills in calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment, and the ability to carry out comprehensive inspections using CMM. Your role will demand excellent attention to detail, analytical capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a technical aptitude. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metrology, or a related field will be advantageous, along with prior experience in utilizing CMM software and hardware.
