Coordinate Measuring Machine Programmer

You will be responsible for programming and operating ZEISS Coordinate Measuring Machines at CX Precision, located in Sricity, Tada, Andhra Pradesh. Your main duties will include conducting dimensional inspections of precision components, applying GD&T principles to verify profiles and tolerances, and generating detailed inspection reports for various purposes such as PPAP and customer approval. Additionally, you will be required to train operators and junior inspectors on CMM operation and measurement techniques. You must have the ability to develop, edit, and validate CMM programs using CAD models and engineering drawings. Conducting First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process checks, and final inspections using ZEISS equipment will also be part of your responsibilities. A strong hands-on experience in CMM program creation and development is essential for this role. This includes writing new programs from CAD models/drawings and optimizing existing routines for accuracy and efficiency. Basic knowledge of Quality Systems and Audits is also required.
