As part of our commitment to high-quality patient and guest care, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare balanced, nutritious, and appealing meals for patients, guests, and staff.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are consistently met in all food preparation and service areas.
• Customize meals according to individual dietary needs, especially for therapeutic and wellness treatments.
• Oversee kitchen operations including inventory control, staff coordination, and timely service.
• Work closely with dietitians, nutritionists, and the management team to continuously innovate healthy menu options.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a hospital, wellness retreat, or hospitality setting.
• Culinary degree/diploma or relevant certification in Food Production.
• Strong knowledge of vegetarian, Ayurvedic, and diet-based cooking preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and work in a team-oriented environment.
