Job Overview:We are looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join our Community Kitchen team as a Head Chef / Kitchen Helper. The role involves preparing nutritious meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting our mission of serving and empowering the community. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook daily meals as per menu and community needs. Assist in food preparation, cutting vegetables, cleaning, and serving. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and storage areas. Manage kitchen inventory, receive supplies, and minimize food waste. Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and waste disposal practices. Support in organizing and serving meals during special events or large gatherings. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient meal service. Encourage and support women participating in kitchen operations and training programs. Requirements:Minimum 3 months experience in cooking or working in a kitchen setup. Basic knowledge of food preparation, cleanliness, and hygiene. Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle multiple tasks. Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to serve the community. Food safety or hygiene training (preferred but not mandatory).
