Nonveg , swarma chef and salad or tikka madinate full knowledge Prepare and cook a variety of non-vegetarian dishes, including shawarma, tikkas, kebabs, and grilled items as per standard recipes and customer preferences. Expertise in marination techniques for meats (chicken, mutton, fish) ensuring proper flavor, tenderness, and hygiene. Prepare fresh salads, dressings, sauces, and accompaniments maintaining quality and presentation standards. Manage grill, tandoor, and shawarma equipment efficiently and safely. Ensure timely preparation and consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all dishes. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area as per food safety standards. Monitor inventory and stock levels for raw materials, sauces, and marinades; coordinate with the store or purchase team for replenishment. Follow kitchen safety protocols and proper storage of meats and perishable items. Support in menu planning, portion control, and new recipe development based on customer feedback. Maintain team coordination and ensure smooth operations during rush hours.
