To continue our journey of delighting customers daily, we are looking for a passionate Chef who can lead meal preparation and packing operations in our kitchen. Role & Responsibilities Handle daily meal preparation including cutting, slicing, mixing, and assembling ingredients. Prepare fruits and toppings with precision, maintaining consistency and hygiene. Ensure smooth and timely meal packing in line with delivery schedules. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organization. Collaborate with the team on R&D for new recipes and breakfast innovations. Assist in inventory management (tracking, receiving, and storing raw materials). Work closely with the operations team to ensure error-free execution of daily menus. Requirements Proven experience in a kitchen/culinary role (cloud kitchen, catering, restaurant, or hotel). Strong skills in fruit cutting, slicing, and portioning. Ability to adapt and learn new recipes quickly. Good organizational and time-management skills to handle early morning deadlines. Commitment to food safety and hygiene protocols. Team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Shift Timings Evening Prep [2 hours]: Ingredient preparation, soaking, and overnight meals.
