Job Role: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team. The candidate should have strong expertise in preparing vegetarian North Indian & Chinese dishes, managing kitchen operations, and leading the team to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality North Indian & Chinese dishes as per menu and catering requirements. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Plan and organize daily kitchen operations and event catering setups. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen. Manage kitchen staff, assign duties, and oversee food preparation. Monitor stock, ingredients, and kitchen supplies; coordinate with management for purchasing. Innovate new recipes, seasonal specials, and menu improvements. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Chef in restaurants or catering. Specialization in North Indian & Chinese vegetarian cuisine. Strong leadership, time management, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours and events.
