Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambhar, chutneys, biryanis, and various vegetarian and non-vegetarian curries. Innovate and update the South Indian menu periodically with seasonal and regional specialties. Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for ingredient sourcing. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Train junior kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques and recipes. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to meet customer satisfaction and special requests.
