We are looking for a skilled and versatile All-Rounder Cook to join our kitchen team. The role involves preparing meals for in-house hotel guests as well as fulfilling orders for our cloud kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have experience across multiple cuisines, strong knowledge of hygiene and safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for hotel room guests. Handle online food delivery orders (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) through the cloud kitchen. Maintain high quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes. Manage kitchen stock, raw materials, and daily requisitions efficiently. Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols at all times. Support in menu planning, recipe standardisation, and portion control. Work with management to minimize food wastage and maintain cost control. Train and guide helpers/assistants in basic food preparation and kitchen upkeep. Flexibly switch between different cuisines (Indian, Chinese, snacks, tandoor, etc.) as required. Ensure timely preparation of meals and delivery orders, even during peak hours. Requirements: Proven experience as a Cook / Chef in hotels, restaurants, or cloud kitchens. Knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Fast Food, Snacks). Ability to manage both hotel guest dining and online orders simultaneously. Understanding of kitchen equipment handling and maintenance. Good organisational and time-management skills. Strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene practices. Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays. Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of cooking experience. Familiarity with hotel operations & food aggregator platforms. Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (preferred, not mandatory).
