1.cook is responsible for preparing and services meal to DSC Troops as per menu 2.Ensuring Hygenie Food Safety And Dietary needs are Met 3.Provide Bed Tea Breakfast , Lunch And Dinner To The Troops in Time 4.Maintaining Strict Hygiene & Sanitation Practice in the Kitchen 5.Ensuring Self Hygienic of cook while preparing food for the troops As Per Peace Equipment table No 242106/2021 of DSC Platoons 01 Cook is Authorised for 1329B DSC Platoon .At Present There Is No held the Platoon.Resulting the troops of the pl are not providing their food in time 1. रसोइया (कुक) का काम DSC सैनिकों के लिए तय मेनू के अनुसार खाना बनाना और परोसना है। 2. यह सुनिश्चित करना कि खाना साफ-सुथरा, सुरक्षित हो और सैनिकों की डाइट के अनुसार हो। 3. सैनिकों को समय पर बेड टी, नाश्ता, दोपहर का खाना और रात का खाना देना। 4. रसोई में पूरी सफाई और स्वच्छता का पालन करना। 5. खाना बनाते समय रसोइए की खुद की सफाई (स्वच्छता) का ध्यान रखना। **शांतिकालीन इक्विपमेंट टेबल नंबर 242106/2021 के अनुसार, 1329B DSC प्लाटून के लिए 1 रसोइया स्वीकृत है। वर्तमान में प्लाटून में कोई भी रसोइया नहीं है, जिसके कारण सैनिकों को समय पर भोजन नहीं मिल पा रहा है।**
