Job Description

Job Title: Cook / Chef – Indian, Chinese & Tandoor Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and multi-skilled Cook/Chef who can prepare authentic Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor dishes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multi-cuisine cooking, maintaining food quality, and ensuring hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor dishes. Ensure taste, presentation, and portion control meet company and customer expectations. Handle marination, grilling, and tandoor preparation of breads, kebabs, and curries. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen. Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies. Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients. Work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver timely service. Innovate and suggest new dishes to enhance the menu. Requirements :Proven experience as a Cook or Chef, with expertise in Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines. Strong knowledge of spices, sauces, and cooking techniques across multiple cuisines. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
