As a Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing MSME lending through technology by spearheading sales, channel management, relationship building, team recruitment, and product strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Business Development: Lead the sales strategy from lead generation to deal closure, personally engaging with and onboarding institutional clients. - Channel Management: Design, build, and scale a high-performing channel sales network to drive platform adoption. - Relationship Management: Expand the network of executives within banks and financial institutions to facilitate business growth. - Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales and business development professionals. - Product Strategy: Provide market feedback to refine the product roadmap in collaboration with the tech team. - Capital Investment: Demonstrate a vested interest in the company's success by committing personal investment. Qualification Required: - 15+ years of experience in banking or financial services industry, with a focus on MSME lending. - Proven success in sales, channel management, and team leadership with a track record of exceeding targets. - Extensive professional network within major Indian banks and NBFCs. - Deep understanding of the MSME credit lifecycle and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Resilient mindset with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities. - Ready to make a significant financial investment in Dequitec.
