  • Minimum experience of min. 4 years in Bpo Recruitment or IT Recruitment or Lateral Recruitment as a Team Lead/ Assistant Manager.
  • Team Handling experience is must.
  • Good knowledge of Job Portals.
  • Client Handling experience would be an added advantage.
  • Good Communication Skills.
