Control Panel Wiring Technician

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Control Panel Wiring Technician to handle wiring, assembly, and testing of electrical control panels as per engineering drawings and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical wiring, panel assembly, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Perform wiring, assembly, and termination of control panels, switchboards, and distribution boards. Ensure proper selection of wires, cable routing, and labeling. Install and connect electrical components (MCCBs, contactors, relays, PLCs, SMPS, meters, etc.). Check continuity, insulation resistance, and perform pre-dispatch testing of panels. Identify and troubleshoot wiring issues during assembly and testing. Follow electrical safety standards and maintain a clean work environment. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for timely completion of projects. Skills & Qualifications:ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical panel assembly (freshers with good knowledge can also apply). Strong knowledge of electrical components and wiring practices. Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with electrical safety standards. Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month based on experience,
