Job Description A PLC Panel Wiring Technician is responsible for the assembly, wiring, and troubleshooting of electrical control panels based on design drawings and wiring schematics. The role requires technical expertise in handling Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), electrical components, and industrial wiring practices to ensure safe and functional control systems for automation. Roles & Responsibilities: Assemble and wire electrical control panels as per design drawings and wiring schematics. Install and connect PLCs, relays, switches, sensors, and other control components. Ensure proper cable routing, termination, and labeling for neat and safe wiring. Perform continuity, insulation, and functional testing of panels before dispatch. Troubleshoot wiring errors, faults, or malfunctions and implement corrective actions. Follow standard electrical and industrial wiring practices to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition. Support engineers during panel testing, commissioning, and installation at site (if required). Adhere to company quality standards, electrical codes, and safety guidelines. Strong Knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC & HMI will be an added advantage Self Learner, Quick grasping & Independent working capabilities. Good Knowledge of Control Panel Wiring, Field Devices, and their functions. Attitude to Work effectively as an individual & in a team environment and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Need to travel for site commissioning activities depending on the project requirements Need to work on-site across Chennai. Ready to Join Immediately.
