Job Description

Control-M Administrator / Workload Automation Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

Support and configure
Control-M
workload automation environments.
Create and manage
Control-M jobs
of various types: OS, file transfers, databases, etc.
Upgrade
Control-M versions
and set up environments for production and non-production.
Manage
Control-M Calendars, Reporting, and Configuration Manager
.
Troubleshoot Control-M issues using
command-line tools
and scripting.
Utilize automation and continuous improvement techniques to optimize workflows.
Write and maintain
PowerShell
,
Perl
,
Python
, or
Shell scripts
for job automation.
Awareness of
Control-M Self-Service
,
Application Integrator
,
File Transfer profiles
, and
Control-M APIs
.
Exposure to
Microsoft Azure Platform
for cloud-based workload automation.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with
Control-M
Experience in creating, scheduling, and managing jobs across environments
Troubleshooting and automation expertise

Desired Skills

Knowledge of
Control-M advanced features
like Self-Service, Application Integrator, and APIs
