Role & responsibilities

Job Type : Contract to Hire.

• At least 6+ years of experience in Control-M
• Hands-on Control-M Admin experience
• Flexible to work on weekends and outside shift hours

Must have :

• Authentication migrations (LDAP/AD)
• Infrastructure refresh and cloud onboarding
• Network/firewall coordination
• Agent migration and job continuity planning
• Seamless system migrations between two different zones without business impact

Detailed JD

• Demonstrate expertise in control-M configurations, job creation, monitoring, and troubleshooting, with a strong focus on improving operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Expertise in a dynamic organization to enhance automation capabilities and contribute to overall process and operational excellence.
• Installation, configuration, upgrades, and mange Control-M setup across various versions and environments includes prod , preproduction, Dev and QA.
• Prepare environments including Control-M server builds, OS installations, and DB setups.
• Set up High Availability and Disaster Recovery modes to avoid downtime.
• Upgrade Control-M agents and modules to the latest available versions/fix packs or based on company policies.
• Help in installing new control-M machines, enabling or migrating data/jobs/objects from old control-M server to new Control-M servers with no business impact
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored recommendations.
