Job Title: Control-M Administrator ________________________________________ About the Role We are seeking an experienced Control-M Administrator to join our team to manage and maintain the Control-M environment across Windows, Linux, and z/OS platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for daily operations, platform installations, and workflow automation to ensure the smooth execution of business processes. Control-M is an enterprise-level workflow automation tool that enables organizations to schedule, manage, and monitor complex workflows across various platforms. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities •Daily Operations: Oversee the daily management of the Control-M environment, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of workflows. •Workflow Development: Define, create, and maintain Control-M workflows to optimize business processes and meet organizational needs. •Platform Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain the Control-M agents across Windows, Linux, and z/OS systems. •Integration: Integrate new platforms and applications into the Control-M environment to expand workflow automation capabilities. •Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues in the Control-M environment, ensuring system availability and performance. •Monitoring & Reporting: Implement monitoring solutions and generate reports to track performance and workflow success. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience •Control-M Expertise: Prior experience with Control-M or similar enterprise workflow automation tools is required. •Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and z/OS platforms, including their respective configurations and operations. •Integration: Experience integrating various applications and platforms into Control-M. •Troubleshooting: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve Control-M-related issues. •Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. ________________________________________ Optional knowledge ( Good if Candidate have Knowledge) Knowledge of enterprise IT operations and process automation best practices. Experience with Control-M migration or upgrades is a plus. Scripting Skills: Experience with scripting languages to automate processes and enhance workflow performance (e.g., Shell, PowerShell).
