Job Title: Control-M Administrator ________________________________________ About the Role We are seeking an experienced Control-M Administrator to join our team to manage and maintain the Control-M environment across Windows, Linux, and z/OS platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for daily operations, platform installations, and workflow automation to ensure the smooth execution of business processes. Control-M is an enterprise-level workflow automation tool that enables organizations to schedule, manage, and monitor complex workflows across various platforms. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities •Daily Operations: Oversee the daily management of the Control-M environment, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of workflows. •Workflow Development: Define, create, and maintain Control-M workflows to optimize business processes and meet organizational needs. •Platform Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain the Control-M agents across Windows, Linux, and z/OS systems. •Integration: Integrate new platforms and applications into the Control-M environment to expand workflow automation capabilities. •Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues in the Control-M environment, ensuring system availability and performance. •Monitoring & Reporting: Implement monitoring solutions and generate reports to track performance and workflow success. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience •Control-M Expertise: Prior experience with Control-M or similar enterprise workflow automation tools is required. •Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and z/OS platforms, including their respective configurations and operations. •Integration: Experience integrating various applications and platforms into Control-M. •Troubleshooting: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve Control-M-related issues. •Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. ________________________________________ Optional knowledge ( Good if Candidate have Knowledge) Knowledge of enterprise IT operations and process automation best practices. Experience with Control-M migration or upgrades is a plus. Scripting Skills: Experience with scripting languages to automate processes and enhance workflow performance (e.g., Shell, PowerShell).

Installation and upgrading of Control-M agents and Modules. • Define best coding practices to be followed by team and ensure the same aligns with customer environment and personal suitability, readiness to process Perform feasibility study of integrating new features into AHM Control-M team. • Participate in discussion with Product in Planning and Release of AHM Control-M application. • Manage and administers all the control-m components. Plan all upgrades, new agents installs and support developers on new application scheduling, designing, and testing Utilized silence installation methods to deploy Control-M Agents on various platforms. • Mentor and train team in all aspects for Control-M administration and scheduling. Provide value adds and smart schedules for existing job flows to reduce manual interventions and cleaner environment.\] • Prepare RCA process for Control-M job failures and scheduling issues. • Provides expertise in solving daily Control-M batch issues and Control-M related Technical services to clients - Trouble shoot Connectivity issue between Control-M Servers, EM servers, Agents and Plug in and ensure all environments are up and running. • Perform security assessments, add Control-M security features, maintain licenses and auditing. • Responsible for managing all Control-M components like Control-M Enterprise Manager GUI server, Gateways, control-M servers, and Control-M agents. • Migration of Control-M servers to new upgraded platform for business needs and back of existing environment.
