Control & Instrumentation Engineer Resume The Control & Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control strategies and instrumentation systems for Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants. This includes PLC/SCADA systems, instrumentation loop design, equipment integration, and ensuring compliance with industrial safety and quality standards.
Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for CBG projects.
- Create and maintain P&ID, loop diagrams, and wiring schematics.
- Program and integrate PLC and SCADA systems.
- Specify and procure field instrumentation.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, and electrical teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISA, IEC, and industry standards.
- Prepare FDS, FAT/SAT documentation.
- Support during and after project execution.
- Collaborate with OEMs and automation vend
- Bachelor's in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Control Engineering.
- 4-6 years experience in biogas, oil & gas, or process industries.
- Proficient with PLCs, SCADA, instrumentation design.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, EPLAN, and loop testing
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- English required, Hindi is an advantage
- PLC/SCADA design and implementation.
- Instrumentation and control in process plants.
- Knowledge of MODBUS, PROFIBUS, and industrial protocols
