Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in the Global Control Centre under a

    24/7 rotational shift schedule

  • Perform remote

    1st-level alarm monitoring and reset activities

  • Handle and resolve

    customer requests

    as per defined instructions
  • Support

    scheduling of service technicians

    and manage spare parts dispatch
  • Collaborate with global teams and escalate cases as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Electrical/Electronics Engineering

    or equivalent technical background
  • 1+ years of experience

    in call centre/technical support roles (preferred)
  • Strong

    English communication skills

    (written & verbal)
  • Polite, service-oriented

    work style
  • Flexible to work in

    24/7 rotational shifts

  • Basic knowledge of

    SAP

    is an advantage (not mandatory)
  • Chennai-based candidates only

    | Immediate joiners required
