Contracts Representative II

Role Overview: You will be joining a team of contract professionals at Honeywell, responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts with customers worldwide. Your role will involve ensuring that contracts are in line with Honeywell guidelines, policies, and procedures to protect the company's interests and proprietary information. You will play a key role in facilitating the contract drafting, execution, and maintenance processes using contracting tools and a deep understanding of the business process flow. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive contractual support for standard and 3rd party non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), Bailment Agreements, and Reps and Certs. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with non-standard conditions and customer-directed changes. - Communicate and negotiate with Honeywell Customers. - Advise internal clients on contractual requirements, Honeywell standards, and position. - Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures related to contracting and contract management, including collaboration with the Law Department and other functions for the review and approval of unusual terms. - Train and mentor new members on reviewing NDAs from end to end. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in law, business management, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in commercial contracting or customer service. Alternatively, a Master's in law is a plus. Additional Information: You will need to have good knowledge of contract law, an understanding of intellectual property protection, very good English proficiency (both spoken and written), knowledge of English legal and business terminology, knowledge of other languages is a plus, MS Office literacy, and e-Sign software literacy such as DocuSign and/or Adobe Acrobat sign.
