Dear Candidates,

We have an urgent opportunity for Contracts Manager Role at Mumbai Location.

Role & responsibilities

Prebid support
Should have hands-on knowledge of commercial terms & conditions.
Techno-commercial contract review
Claim submission and negotiation with the customer.
Responsible for Contract Management
Knowledge about Cost estimation, execution of AC DC, ICR foundation, MMS installation, road & drainage other solar project related services
Experience & knowledge about transmission line, switchyard & substations.
Identifying the technical & quality sound contractor as per the site location.
Managing correspondence with contractors and finalization of change orders.
Drafting & negotiations of Term Sheets, EPC Contracts, Contractor assessment documents, Power Purchase Agreements and
O&M Contracts
Contractual correspondence with clients & negotiating change orders
Risk management & mitigation
Vendor evaluation & Development for all solar project related services & contracts.
Coordination with Project management, Site execution, HSE & Quality Team for finalizing the contract
Coordination with the Quality team for Material inspection & Clearance.
Project Forecasting regarding activities
Preparing and maintaining records related to all Purchase order-related documents.
Cost and overall milestone monitoring throughout the contract/work order execution.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. Electrical/Civil/Mechanical

SAP Business One & SAP Ariba is preferred.
