Contracts Engineer(Civil 1-6 years of experience)

The Contracts Engineer will play a crucial role in managing and negotiating contracts within residential construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual agreements are executed precisely, aligning with company standards and legal requirements. Your key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure favorable terms and compliance with legal standards. You will also be required to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements, as well as manage the contract life cycle from initiation through completion. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure cost control measures are effectively implemented across all contracts. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all contract documents are maintained and updated regularly, and that contracts comply with all relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-6 years of experience in contract management within the real estate or construction industry. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with residential construction projects and knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
