As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include contractor development and selection, drafting work orders with technical terms and conditions, reviewing and finalizing bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents, following up with contractors for timely execution, and penalizing in case of delays. You will also be responsible for contract management as per the clauses mentioned in the contract documents, coordinating and verifying contractors" extra items, finalizing civil, MEP finishing contract packages, floating tenders, comparing quotes received, negotiating with bidders, and handling ERP software for work orders.
